How to identify asset name with only asset number?

Hallo community,

for two of my assets i only see a number in my wallter e.g. 726d45fd967c0653b756d5f80b55bc0a3ac69fbe13540f00d23345d929c15d32 but not the asset name like ada, Hosky etc…

How to identify this tokens?
How to change this tokens? (Minswap trade options shows the number but not the name and any option to trade them)
