I was playing around with Minswap a while back, I provided liquidity to the Ada-Min pair… I withdrew a few days later (ngmi), but still have what look like LP tokens in my wallet?

Were you staking your LP tokens in a farm? If so, you’ve probably unstaked your LP tokens from the farm, but have not withdrawn the liquidity. Once you withdraw the liquidity, you should have your relative proportions of the LP pair restored to your wallet.
