Hello, I’d like to change the ADA-LQ I have to ADA. If I go to trade and try it, system says “No trading route found for this pair”. Is there any way to do it? I zap them by accident and there’s nothing I can do now with them. Help pls.

What do the buttons that I can barely see down in the right say? If you are not farming I believe that is how you do it.
