The proposal offers two options: continue with the current three ambassadors for $24,000 over six months or expand the program with additional ambassadors from other ecosystems for $50,400 over six months. The initiative aims to onboard new users, strengthen Minswap’s market position, and enhance engagement within and beyond the Cardano ecosystem.
Feedback from the initial forum discussions was taken, and the necessary revisions and data presentations were added to the forum post.

Vote options:
Option 1: Maintain the ambassador program without expanding the ambassador cohort.
Option 2: Maintain the ambassador program with expansion to include non-Cardano native content creators.
Option 3: Dissolve the program.
Should this proposal be put forth for an on-chain vote?
Unfortunately, I cannot support this proposal and I would urge the rest of the Minswap community to reject this as well.
Minswap Labs was not able to address the core concerns I had with the proposal, and it seems like this is an attempt to pass costs on to the community for a program that has not done what it set out to do.
This ambassador program has had no quantifiable positive impact on Minswap or MIN holders. TVL is down. Price is down. Activity in Discord is down.
Minswap Labs is happy to pay the salaries of people that are making clear contributions to Minswap, the fact that Labs doesn’t want to pay these ambassadors and wishes to pass the cost on to MIN holders should tell you all you need to know.
The fact that there were only 11 votes on this topic is alarming! There needs to be more easily visible access to this forum from the website and from the Governance tab in the main website. More active posting on X and Discord.
What if $SNEK or $IAG left MinSwap!?! The DEX would seriously take a hit!!! There is so much potential for Cardano and one of the best block chains IMHO but there is very little innovation going on here. The user interface is clean enough and easy enough to use on MinSwap but the TVL keeps falling! What is going on with the MIN daily allowances for staking and farming they keep falling at an alarming rate! What’s going on?
