Problems of forum moderation

I need some explanation of what’s going on.

Yesterday I posted what seems to be an abvious bug under “technical discussion”:

https://forum.minswap.org/t/cant-remove-liquidity-from-ada-indy/3440/2

I then received two direct messages from two different accounts, named sheldMod and Minswap-moderator. Those two accounts are basic members of this forum - not moderators. In both direct messages, they try to lure me to a phishing website while superficially pretending to take care of my problem.

I flagged both direct messages accordingly.

Now I revisit this forum and find that my original post with the bug report is “hidden by community flags”. The closest thing to an explanation that I get:

First:

Your post was flagged as off-topic: the community feels it is not a good fit for the topic, as currently defined by the title and the first post.

Second:

Your post was flagged as inappropriate: the community feels it is offensive, abusive, to be hateful conduct or a violation of our community guidelines.

If my bug report is off-topic: Where is the appropriate place to post technical problems and get assistance?

As for the second: Could it be that my post just got flagged by the scammer’s accounts and thus automatically turned hidden?

Edit: needs moderator attention
