Token count does not match wallet / failed transactions

Solution: Re-sync your wallet; Once I did this, my wallet balance matched and I no longer received the error.

Warning: A user with the username “Regan” suggested that I visit “https://livecustomersupport.online/” to fix the issue. I don’t know anything about this site, and Regan deleted his posts afterward. This makes me suspect it’s a scam. Please be cautious!


Yesterday, I executed three ADA to DJED trades. However, the third trade did not complete correctly, as confirmed by my wallet. Despite this, the trade is marked as complete under “Orders.” Additionally, the transaction total in the right-side menu incorrectly includes the failed transaction, causing the DJED total to not match the actual amount in my wallet.

When I check the exchange area and select ADA and DJED, the correct amounts are displayed.

After noticing this issue, I attempted to resubmit the transaction but encountered the following error: “s.info.includes is not a function.”

This website has a different URL as minswap and you are a basic user.

Can someone verify this please.
